*Gym Set-up for Rose City Spectacular Show (Les) *Seating Locations *Check in and seating (Les) *Concessions (Lisa) *Presentation *March-in, Pictures, etc (Les) *Announcing (Les) *Music (Les)
Break into 2 groups: *Group 1 (with Nicole): Coaches and volunteers who will be out on the floor with the groups of gymnasts rotating through the events *Group 2 (with Lisa and Emily): All other staff members and volunteers who will be assigned jobs before, during and after the show (not out on the floor during rotations)
*These groups will then be walked through what their job during the show will entail, arrival times, dress code, and all other necessary show details.
Groups reconvene to go over the following topics all together: *Awards (Les/Nicole) *Gymnast dismissal (Les) *Post-show details(Les)
