Rose City Gymnastics

Rose City Gym will be closed Memorial Day, Monday May 27; Independence Day, Thursday July 4; and Labor Day, Monday Sept. 2.  Automatic makeups for classes are available.

Public event.  Drop the kids off for 3 1/2 hours of fun and physical activity at Rose City Gymnastics Academy. May 18 is Parents Night Out; perfect for first-time beginners and experienced gymnasts alike! Gymnastics, games, activities, and fun provided under the watchful guidance of our coaching staff. 6:30PM to 10:00PM, ages 5 through 14.

Admission is $18.00 for members and $20.00 for non-members. Pizza is optional and is $3 extra per person. Annual passes are available for $179.95 per child (member rate) which are good for 12 months (24 events).

Bring more than one child, and receive a 10% discount on both!

The kids will have fun brushing up on gymnastics skills, meet new friends, and give your parents that badly-needed break! RSVP is requested--space may be limited. Drop-ins are welcome providing space is available. PNO is always held the first and third Saturday night of each month.

Did you know that Rose City Gymnastics Academy is a community-based non-profit organization with numerous volunteer opportunities?  Volunteering at RCGA is the fast way to learn about coaching gymnastics and is a wonderful way to serve gymnastics families while learning more about the sport of gymnastics.  Opportunities are available for all ages beginning at age 13 to senior citizens.  Volunteers will receive acknowledgment for hours served which can be used to fulfill employer volunteer service requirements, community service requirements, or just plain fun!  Volunteers can also organize group projects to assist with gym projects.

Out of shape?  Would you like to work out in a fun environment?  This is a highly structured gymnastics-based class which focuses on foundational strength, conditioning, and basic tumbling and spring-floor skills; this class is an excellent physical strength support platform for cheer members, sports participants, and adults of all ages who desire structured training in a gymnastics environment.   This class is a 4-week program in which the student will receive training in a strength and conditioning workout routine which the student can duplicate at home on a daily basis.  50% of the class is learning and doing strength conditioning, and 50% of the class is learning and performing gymnastic skills.  At the end of the 4-week course, the student has the option of repeating the current course level or advancing to the next level.  This class involves personal training and each student progresses at his/her own pace.
